With the advent of ease of doing business initiative, incorporation of LLP has become simple. The webinar covers the procedure for incorporation of an LLP under the LLP Act, 2008 read with LLP Rules, 2009 and its conversion into Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
