Rangarajan brings over two decades of diverse HR leadership experience across Professional services consulting, engineering services consulting, IT, BPO & hospitality. He has held senior HR roles at organizations such as SMEC India (a Surbana Jurong company), PwC, KPMG Global Services, and EY. Earlier in his career, he built a strong foundation in HR operations through roles at CA Technologies, Genpact (formerly GE Capital International Services), and Sarovar Hotels.

As CPO at DVS, he is focused on aligning people strategy with business growth, nurturing high-performance cultures, and driving enterprise-wide transformation. His passion for continuous improvement is reflected in his track record of leading large-scale HR process reengineering and building agile, scalable people functions.

Earlier in his career, Rangarajan played a pivotal role in transforming HR operations, setting up strategic talent models, and implementing HR tech platforms. At SMEC, Ernst & Young and PwC, he facilitated flagship classroom learning programs that empowered professionals and contributed to organizational capability building.
