Chella Krishna.G( Krishna) Krishna is a practicing chartered accountant and a partner with SRSV and Associates, a CA firm in Chennai , Chartered accountants. Krishna is a noted advisor to several of Chennai’s large business families and has specialized for over 21 years in handing their personal structuring, investment and tax matters -both domestic and overseas. Krishna has experience performing investment supervision, capital allocation and arbitration for some large families in India Krishna also has experience with succession planning and a working knowledge of US taxes. In 2019, Krishna was elected to the board of Goolestan investments P Ltd and MRR Thirteen Ltd as a non-executive director. MRR is one of New york’s fastest growing real estate groups and controls hotels, land in Manhattan and Opportunity zones in the US He was also elected to the Board of Script stories P Ltd which owns EPIC TV which is in the infotainment vertical and the recently launched music channel on DD Free dish- Showbox. Krishna chairs the board of Mashal sports P Ltd, the company which runs the Kabaddi sports league and is on the board of Deeya, a fashion brand in Paris. Krishna also serves as Board director and Chairman of the Audit committee of Manali Petrochemicals Ltd and Elnet Technologies Ltd. Krishna holds the CA degree and an MBA from the Indian school of business, Hyderabad.
