Divakar Vijayasarathy, the firm’s founder and CEO, is a chartered accountant with a keen interest in international taxation, history and psychology. He firmly believes that thought, knowledge & wisdom are the ultimate assets worth acquiring. He is responsible for Strategy and growth initiatives at DVS globally. A passionate orator and professor on the subject of international and domestic taxation laws, he has presented more than 300 seminars and authored more than 15 books most of which have been national publications. He has served on numerous study groups and was part of the expert panel on international tax at ICAI. A noted expert on the subject he contributes regularly to national and international publications including being a Forbes Advisor.
