A graduate from the Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences, Pilani, India, he has a master’s degree in international economics and Management and an MBA; both from SDA Bocconi, in Milan Italy. He has strong international business and management consulting experience in Europe & in India. He runs a boutique firm that specializes in technology transfers, equity based joint ventures and M&A transactions. The firm delivers these services to mid-sized, family-owned Italian firms seeking to enter the Indian Market in the automotive Industry. He honed his, multi decadal, international business management and management consulting skills in firms like The UB Group, Necchi Compressori, The Boston Consulting Group and Value Partners. He resides in Chennai, India with his wife & daughter.
