Kavitha, a lawyer from ILS Pune, started her career with Indirect Tax and M&A practice. With a keen eye for detail and passion for growth, she gradually evolved to move on to handling strategic responsibilities at DVS before becoming the COO in 2021. All the relevant foundation functions including Finance, HR and Change Management report into her. A sports-person since childhood and a doting mother, she seamlessly handles her responsibilities with ease and is responsible for developing a diverse and inclusive workforce at DVS and a strong foundation for expansion. Kavitha is known for her clarity of thought, hands-on execution and immersive team building abilities.
