Zoho Developer Role at DVS

Responsibilities:

1. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Zoho application development.
2. Customize Zoho applications by configuring workflows, creating custom modules, fields, and views to align with business processes.
3. Integrate Zoho applications with other systems using APIs, webhooks, and third-party integration platforms to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
4. Develop Deluge scripts to automate repetitive tasks, notifications, and approvals, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual errors.
5. Manage data within Zoho applications, including data import/export, data cleansing, deduplication, and ensuring data integrity and security.
6. Enhance user experience by designing intuitive user interfaces, creating custom dashboards, reports, and widgets to provide actionable insights.
7. Conduct thorough testing of Deluge scripts and applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. Debug and troubleshoot issues as needed.
8. Document code, configurations, and processes to maintain an organized repository of knowledge for reference and future enhancements.
9. Provide training to end-users on using Zoho applications effectively. Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user queries and issues.
10. Stay updated with the latest Zoho features, best practices, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications.
• Proficiency in customizing Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, and other Zoho tools.
• Strong understanding of API integration and webhooks.
• Experience with Deluge scripting for automation.
• Excellent data management skills, including data import/export and data cleansing.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in enhancing user interfaces.
• Strong testing and debugging skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest Zoho features and industry trends.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying improvements and solutions.
